Stagg X Dripper
No fuzz pour over dripper for both novice and expert brewers. We enjoy its simplicity while providing great results in the cup! It features an insulated stainless steel body with incredible heat retention during the pour, steep slopes for increased water-to-coffee contact improving extraction and body and no-clog drainage for fast extractions. It comes with a coffee grounds funnel for no mess filling and a drip cup that doubles as bean measuring vessel.
Our favorite basic recipe for the Stagg X dripper:
18 grams of medium to find ground coffee to 250 grams of water between 90 and 93°C depending on the coffee’s roast level.
First pour of 50 grams of water to allow for blooming;
after 45 seconds, second pour of 100 grams;
and after 1:30 minutes a third pour of 100 grams.
Brew should finish between 2:30 and 2:45 minutes.
