Wholesale Accounts

Hopefully yes! Should you own a coffee shop, restaurant, boutique hotel or even a larger office and share our love for great specialty coffee, then you might be eligible to request a wholesale account! We are always looking for ways to grow our community including new awesome places where people can enjoy our coffees and connect to the stories behind them. In our experience, the way specialty coffee is presented can shift a customer’s perspective from a simple “need for caffeine” to a more conscious involvement and appreciation of the moment, changing any day for the better.
In line with our WHY, we are not trying to grow because of finite minded quarterly sales, instead our desire is to grow an amazing and supportive community that deeply values the exceptional quality of our coffees and the hard work of our farmers as much as we do. By applying to a wholesale account you’ll want to commit to this philosophy and in return you’ll be personally taken care of the best we can.

You can choose out of all the coffees we have currently on offer in our online shop. As described in our learning page, much work and research goes into roasting each coffee to its best presentation, therefore we don’t offer any “custom roasts” or “custom blends”.
Please consider that our coffees are sourced seasonally, therefore we cannot guarantee that a certain coffee is available throughout the whole year. Nevertheless we are trying our best to correctly project the quantities in order to fit your needs, and should one coffee run out of stock we will contact you beforehand to find a solution.

We can ship worldwide with SwissPost or DHL.
Please be aware that import duties and VAT at destination - though usually handled by the carrier - will be at your expense.

As one of our wholesale customer you’ll enjoy the following:
1) 20% discount rates on our retail prices;
2) Free shipping within selected countries through SwissPost;
3) Choice between spot orders whenever your inventory is low and a subscription plan where each month we send you automatically the amount of coffee you ordered.
4) Quick and personal support from our team.

Yes, in order for you to be eligible for a wholesale account you will need to commit to a minimum of 5 Kg roasted coffee per month. This amount can be divided into any combination of our coffees.

Yes, nowadays many coffee shops like to tap into the best coffees available on the market instead of committing to only one roaster, thus having one or more monthly rotating coffee options on offer. Ordering coffees from different roasters can be very beneficial for coffee shops trying to grow loyalty among their customers by offering them a different and exciting coffee every month, thus ensuring to bring them back and back again.
All of our coffees, be it espresso roasts or filter coffees, really shine on any bar. To help you better decide which coffee to choose, you can first try them by ordering a sample box. Should you be interested in offering our coffee(s) as a “guest coffee”, we’ll gladly provide you with a quote based on the quantity you need.

Yes, we love to work with coffee curators from all over the world as we see the incredible educational value in those offerings for the final client! Developing sensory skills is in our opinion one of the main pillars of coffee culture worldwide and we are happy to take part in it. Our diverse bolivian specialty coffees are still pretty unknown worldwide, therefore they will add some real value inside any coffee box in the form of new exciting flavors to taste. Should you be interested in featuring us, please contact us so we can send you a free sample of our coffees and from there we can discuss how to serve you best.

Yes, in order to make sure our coffees are presented the way they earn it, there are some points we would love being covered:
Coffee shop, restaurant or boutique hotel:
1) You are committed to specialty coffee and are keen to present it in an absolutely customer friendly environment;
2) Your staff is enthusiastic, sociable, service oriented and trained to serve specialty coffees according to Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) standards;
3) You use a professional grinder and espresso machine that can handle your daily volume;
4) Water supply is filtered professionally to meet the World Coffee Events benchmarks;
5) Maintenance of the coffee equipment and cleaning of the space is done regularly according to industry best practices.
Aren’t these standards met, we would advise you against serving specialty coffee as its superior cup quality would be compromised and the pricing not justified.
