Our roastery in Locarno
A welcoming space to sample unique coffees, engage in conversations beyond the cup and play with equipment and taste.
Essential equipment for
your coffee ritual.
Impact, one cup at a time.
Ever felt too small to make a difference? Don’t! Uplift your day by enjoying flavor packed coffees from caring relationships with Bolivian smallholder producers, through which families and nature can thrive.
Sourced responsibly from small fincas.
Together with our sister roastery Elevate Coffee Bolivia, we nurture specialty coffee culture at origin and bundle all green bean sourcing through our program Proyecto Elevate. Deeply rooted into the local value chain, we source unique nano lots - most of which are not found anywhere else - seeking to entertain eye to eye, long lasting relationships with smallholder farmers as we believe that our success as roasters is closely linked to that of our partners.
Roasted in Ticino on 100% solar power.
Following the sustainable by design approach, our complete shop operations run on solar power only, including our electric roaster, espresso machine and grinders, which together would otherwise account for almost 50% of CO2 emissions along the whole coffee supply chain. How does it work? We purchase our energy through the certified program TiSole, which feeds locally generated solar power into the power grid up to the equivalent of our yearly consumption.

The natural processed Castillo and Catuai beans let you discover intense notes of amarena, blackberry jam and cacao nibs. Pull your espresso shots to achieve a sweet, round body coming from the natural process and pleasantly lingering cacao aftertaste. This coffee is the direct result of an idea buzzing in our heads for some years now and finally taking shape: Gonzalo provided the cherries, Finca Isabel processed them to their highest quality standards and we agreed to source and share this coffee with you. Learn more about it below!
Ideal for: espresso, moka and milk drinks (incl. plant based alternatives).
