Our absolute favorite dripper so far that we use for our pour-overs in the shop! The special design of the inner rims of this V-Shaped Hario V60 alternative are designed specifically to allow for osmotic flow to happen during your brew, giving the cup a higher complexity, flavor separation and structure, even more so when paired with the Cafec paper filters such as the Abaca+.
These brewers made out of ceramic have been discontinued by Cafec in favor of Tritan, making this the last batch we have available in ceramic.
