Want to learn the basics of manual brewing in a playful and fun way? Join us for our Filter Playhour! We will share our recipes for flat bottom brewers and V-shaped drippers, talk about grind size, ratios, pouring structure, and you will get hands on experience with all the accessories we have here in the shop! We will focus on the Fellow StaggX (flat bottom) and the Cafec Flower drippers (cone shaped), so you can get a feeling of these two styles of pour-overs and choose which one might serve you best based on your taste preferences and daily habits!
