In this hands on coffee playhour for intermediate and advanced brewers, we will explore some of our latest coffee lab findings on brew temperature and brew structure, using the new Timemore B75 dripper and our latest filter coffee roasts! Starting from the science behind the Samo Bloom presented in one of Lance Hedricks’ latest Youtube videos, we are going some steps further down the rabbit hole of manual brewing to uncover new working theories on how to manipulate brews to get new exciting flavor profiles out of your filter coffees. Together, we will challenge many things we thought were (almost) written in stone: brew temperatures, TDS, grind size, ratios & blooming!
