We’re stoked to invite you to a truly one of a kind experience! During this event, we will let you in on some of the behind the scenes work we do at origin by cupping the exact green coffee samples that we received from the 2022 harvest of award winning Finca Isabel. We roasted them in Bolivia at our sister roast lab Elevate Coffee on a ROEST sample roaster and cupped them there in order to make our final purchasing decision. The samples include some of the most amazing coffees Gabriela and Fernando had on offer, including Geisha, Pacamara and Bourbon varieties. By recreating this cupping session here at the roastery in Locarno, you will get a glimpse into our unique sourcing process and head roaster Yann will be available for any kind of question you might have on this topic that is very dear to his heart!
